All prices are shown in the currency selected by the customer, including VAT. The listed prices, product images, and product descriptions are non-binding. Delivery times, availability, and errors are subject to change.
Products that are in stock with us are processed immediately upon receipt of the order. Other products are ordered from suppliers. The ordered products will be delivered according to arrangements made with the customer. Delays due to unavailability at suppliers or missing information from the customer do not give rise to any claims by the customer.
Shipping costs are calculated based on package weight and will be displayed accordingly in the ordering process.
Payment for goods ordered from gwerder.digital is by advance payment.
The supplier commits to due diligence and delivers products of good quality. The warranty period lasts for one year.
Defects and malfunctions for which the supplier is not responsible are excluded from the warranty, such as normal wear and tear, force majeure, improper handling, interference by the customer or third parties, excessive use, unsuitable operating equipment, or extreme environmental influences. Since it cannot be determined during repairs on older machines when which subsequent parts may fail (laser source, motors, power supplies, etc.), the service technician from gwerder.digital cannot be held liable. gwerder.digital is not responsible for the resulting consequential costs of production downtime. If functional problems arise due to updates (automatic or manual), this is not covered by the warranty.
Products with quality defects must be returned to us within 7 days, unused and in perfect condition and original packaging, at your own expense, after prior agreement.
The place of jurisdiction is 6422 Steinen. Swiss law applies exclusively.
